Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl. Blend remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Pour small bottle of creamy Italian salad dressing over ingredients and refrigerate overnight. May substitute creamy onion or creamy garlic dressing, if desired.
Combine the raw cauliflower, cheese, onion and bacon. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and pour over the salad. Toss.
Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water 10 minutes or so, until softened. While it's boiling, I parboil the bell pepper and remove the skin; rinse and drain.
