Awesome for any occasion.
With clean hands, squish the salmon and cream cheese till thoroughly mixed, add other ingredients and mix well. Roll into a ball and roll in chopped walnuts and dry parsley flakes.

I made the smoky salmon spread for a party. It was delicious, and made great sandwiches the next day.
I made this one from the Food Network...it was GREAT!

Good and super easy! Spread cream cheese onto the tortilla, then add a couple slices of salmon, then the lettuce.
Smoked salmon lends itself to being incorporated into a variety of delicious appetizers. This recipe is excellent when served on slices of bread or even chips.
