Rubbing alcohol works to cut down on the smell. Just rub over same spot as perfume.

You may have to clean your AC vents/duct-work as the odor/perfume was probably used a lot and that means it is clinging to the walls of your duct-work. This means that every time you turn on your AC you are redistributing the odor.

Try to air out your condo with the help of fans and open all the windows. All steam clean the carpets to reduce odor.
If it's stuck like that, it's possible it's something that spilled in the flooring and is saturated. Also possible it's inside your vents.
Put a jar 8 ounces (or equivalent like a glass that can hold 8 ounces) of plain white vinegar in a corner of each room... let it set for several days... repeat with fresh vinegar if needed but I doubt you will because this really works wonders and takes care of all kinds of smells. Good Luck!
Change your ac/heat filters. They make perfumed pads that attach to your filter. That could be the source.
