I once tried to drill through silverware and could not do it. Is there a trick to it?
By Nancy B.
I have heard that you need a special type of drill bit.
I use a drill press, I have made silverware jewelry and other thing from old silverware for years.
We use drill bits for metal drilling....use slow speed...we use a handdrill
I think you r suppose to use a titanium drill bit
Anyone know how to make flowers out of old silver flatware?
I have seen some really lovely flowers at craft fairs but when I inquired about how they were made it seemed it was very complicated and I would need to have real 'workshop' tools to make them.

I am looking for a craft person who was at the Mount Dora fair this past March. They had a lot of lovely things, but their crosses where just beautiful and I need to reach them. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
