Would like information on type of table, date made, value, what it was used for. What is good price to sell at? Thank you for your time
I inherited this Imperial marble coffee table. I believe it may be from the 50's judging by the logo, but not entirely sure. I was wondering what it might be worth and if there was a particular name for this line. I've seen a few Imperial coffee tables, but none that were marble. I also haven't seen any with this style of supports/legs.
The 'Imperial' logo is located on the underside of the table top. The marble section has a wooden frame under it and that just sits on the legs. There is no sign of any missing screws or bolts, but appears to just rest on the legs. Possibly, due to the weight of the marble, they didn't feel the need to bolt it together. (This is just speculation, but wanted to be as detailed as possible.) Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
I have a Grand Rapids table with 6 chairs and 2 leafs. What year is this from and any clue on value
I found this at a garage sale and paid $25. I have looked online and I can't find anything like this. All I've been able to find are the round tables and this table is oval shaped.
It is marked with a Imperial sticker and number on the underneath. It is in beautiful condition with no scratches. Can you tell me what style and how much the table is worth?
This style table was generally called a 'dumbwaiter' but you will see it described as:
dumbwaiter
2 tier w/claw feet
side table, etc
The value will generally depend on where you are located as well as the condition.
I have not seen an oval table like this but I cannot see that style would be any more valuable than a round 2 or 3 tier table.
You will always see similar tables listed for low and high prices but only a 'sold' item represents value as that shows what someone was willing to pay.
I did not find any similar tables on eBay's sold site so that means they are not selling very often (for any amount of money).
This style was popular in the 50s and the number and marking is for the 50s or generally called 'mid-century'.
There was also another tag that fell off and I'm not sure where he put it up that said Imperial. I have not found anything that resembles this.
Hi all! I'm hoping to get info, like year made, what its really called? What the value is? Where I may post for sale and get what it's truly worth?
Does anyone know anything about this table? It has wheels, but no handle to push it, so I don't think it is a tea trolley. I bought an Imperial gate leg table and find lots of info on it, but nothing about this table.
I need help.Imperial did make tea tables and tea carts.
Your logo appears to be the one used after 1939 and maybe into the 50s.
I could not find a table like yours or even a similar one but your pictures are not good enough to post on other sites to ask for information.
You can ask your question on this site, but it may take several days for an answer.
