Here is the perfect gift for family and friends, that you can whip up in a matter of minutes. This flower pin is easy to make and they turn out so very beautiful. Everyone will want one.
This is a Mother's Day e-card that I created. I took this picture of California poppies in our front yard (aren't they beautiful?) and used Photoshop to add the text.
For my mother last year I took a plain board (9x11 inches) and sanded it smooth. Then I let my children pick 3 different colored craft paints that matched. I primed the board and gave it a base coat of one of their color picks.
This is a little bit harder craft for older kids to make for Mother's Day. It's inexpensive but very pretty.
Here's a great craft for Mother's Day. I made these for the mothers in our church. Made from recycled materials.
Make a square frame using four popsicle sticks. Glue construction paper to the back of them. Have the child draw a picture of themselves or them and their mommy. Decorate it as you'd like using glitter, stickers, whatever you'd like.
I have many rolls of various colored crepe paper streamers. I would like to have my Sunday School class (grades 1-4) make something for Mother's day out of them.
Bend one piece of construction paper in half. On one half draw in pencil a large triangle. Cut along the penciled lines to cut the triangle out.
This started out as a door hanger he could make for his mom. Grandma's Idea: The door hanger would look cute with all these little hand and foot prints all over it. Aiden's Idea: All it really needs is two hands and two feet (after all, isn't that what we have?)
Mothers day gift made with flowers and pot. Take the foam and push into pot. I used a tin pot but you can use any kind you want. Glue item of your choosing on to one end of the dowel then push into foam any where you want.
I need some easy, fun crafts and things to do and give to my mother on Mother's Day. I am looking for things from the heart, hand made. I appreciate any or all of your help and will, of course, read every reply.
I know I love real flowers from my kids but it is always sad when they are gone and I have to throw them away. So here is a way that you can have a bouquet that lasts and can be used in a vase as a centerpiece for that Mother's Day table.
Any good ideas for a Mother's Day gift which is homemade?
