Recipe for Apple Cinnamon Muffins. Mix all ingredients except melted butter. Stir just until combined. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
I saw a recipe last week and I was going to print it and some how it disappeared off my computer. It was either a cinnamon bun apple cupcake or cinnamon bun apple muffin. You used a cinnamon roll and flattened them out to fit in a muffin pan. Then you added your apples and other spices in the middle and I am not sure what else, but I think there was a topping too. Does anyone have it If so I would really appreciate it

If I were you, I'd check the Pillsbury website. This sounds like something I received in an email from them. Good luck.
I like low sugar recipes, and I always post my successes. This has an optional cinnamon sugar topping, which will post but did not use to save calories.
Muffins can be made with a variety of fruit ingredients but apple may be the very best. Make these best ever apple muffins next time you want to bake some muffins.
Combine milk and egg in small bowl. Stir in oil. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add apples and raisins, tossing to coat.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients.
Sift dry ingredients together. Make a well in center and add remaining ingredients. Stir only enough to mix. Spoon into muffin pan cups that have been lightly greased on the bottoms only.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease the bottom of 12 muffin cups (can use paper muffin cups). In a large bowl, mix the Cheerios, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda together.
My sister shared this recipe with me. With apples and coconut they are moist, chewly and very tasty. Enjoy!!
