Homemade Herb and Spice BlendsAccent Seasoning can be made without the MSG, which many believe to be harmful. This is a Cajun version, but you could adjust the heat for your own liking.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a blender except the salt, do not breath in the dust. Add the salt last and blend until it is a uniform color.

Some people are sensitive to MSG and may have a reaction to it. If you are concerned, search the internet for monosodium glutamate and you will get the latest information.

Use this seasoning on all your vegetables, whether fresh or canned. It really gives them some extra special flavor. I use 1 tsp. per quart of veggies.
