My family loves onions, especially Vidalia onions, and this casserole was invented as a way to use the last four onions prior to shopping for more.

This is a delicious onion recipe that has celery in it along with Parmesan cheese. I leave out the pecans though.
I like this simply because I think it's kind of unique. Very tasty.
Melt margarine in skillet; saute onions until tender but not brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
