Wanted to see how much this Cathay porcelain doll is worth. I plan on keeping it, but wanted to see if it's anything special.
Sadly, the value of these mass-produced dolls is very low, and dolls of all brands are usually very slow to sell.
You may see some Cathay dolls sell for over $25 but the majority will sell for under $25 plus shipping.
The number on her; 1-5000 is placed on most of the Cathay dolls and only means this doll is 1 of 5,000 produced (not #1 (first) doll).
The doll market is flooded with every kind of doll imaginable.

She is a lovely doll and being special does not always have a lot to do with actual 'value'.
She would be special to me.
This is not a special doll. You have a Cathay Collection Angel/Fairy porcelain doll with wings, swing.
'1-5000' means your doll's number is #1, but there are 5000 dolls in this collection. And this is not a unique collection. There are quite a few similar dolls for sale.
There are 16" and 13" Cathay Collection Angel/Fairy Porcelain Dolls on Swing.

You didn't write what size your doll is, but it looks pretty small, I think you have a 13" Cathay Collection Angel/Fairy Porcelain Doll, value is around $15-20.
I am trying to find the value of Cathay Collection porcelain Anna Doll 1-5000. Does anyone know the value of this doll? I'm not finding it anywhere online.
Value of your doll:
I have a 15 inch white baby angel lying in its stomach with its head turned towards her left shoulder, hands and feet extended, blond hair, hazel eyes, mouth slightly parted with tongue slightly sticking out, white sash crown and pink flower/lavender ribbons on left side of head, lavender outfit and wings. Please tell me the value of this doll.
An easy online search for "porcelain doll values" will produce many answers. Keep in mind that just because a doll may be fancy, old, inherited, etc., it most probably has little value as most are mass produced in the thousands and very often include the term limited edition in their names. A doll's condition is extremely important in considering value-the best doll prices are paid for dolls literally never removed from their boxes.

I received a Cathay Collection porcelain doll when my grandmother passed away. It's number 1400 of the 1-5000 collection.
There is an engraving on the neck that has the letters NISI. Just curious to know how much it may be worth.I have a doll from the Cathay Collection named Cicely. It is a Limited Edition with the #5000 on the back of her neck. I'm sorry I don't know how to post pictures, But I wondered if anyone could tell me it's approximate value?
Unfortunately, the name does not help identify your doll. We need photos and at least an approximate height.

Doll number 582 limited edition. What is the doll worth? She is still the box.
The doll certificates are misleading and claim they are limited editions. These dolls are mass produced and sold by the thousands. Your doll is worth around $30 to $40.
Your doll looks nice and in excellent condition but although Native American dolls usually sell faster than other styles, the doll market is flooded with all kinds of dolls and very few will sell for over $15-$35.
Price is not the only problem. Since so many dolls are available it just means that any doll may take weeks/months/years to sell.
Your doll is a 'Limited Edition' as it states on your COA. It is limited to 5,000 dolls. Of course, they may not make 5,000 as their final production number will be based on how well the doll sells.
It will be difficult to find your doll even though you have her name - Chimalis - because the majority of sellers do not have the names of their dolls. Names are usually found on a paper COA (these get lost) and sometimes on the back of the doll's neck/head and many sellers just do not bother to list a name.
There are many dolls by this brand listed for sale on eBay but if you check them out you will see most asking prices are below $35.

However, only a sold item can show the value as this shows what someone was willing to pay for this item.
Take a look at eBay's sold listing to see what people are paying for similar dolls.

I was only able to find one sold doll named Chimalis and it sold (maybe?) in 2018 for $5.

I would like to know what she is worth. I've looked online and I can't find her anywhere. On the back of her neck, it says 4000-5000.
I'm not sure if she is rare or not but she's bigger than the other ones I have so I'm wondering what she's worth. As I understand it, your doll has a stamp on the back of her neck, where it is written Royal Cathay Collection (as in the screenshot I attached), so you should have no doubt that this doll is from the Royal Cathay Collection.
4000-5000 means that you have one of 5000 pieces.
You have Royal Cathay Collection large Porcelain Girl Doll #4000. The size of the dolls in this collection is 21 inches, you probably mean it by saying that it is bigger.
The price of the dolls from this collection is $29-40 www.ebay.com/
Cathay made 2 series of dolls entitled 'Royal Cathay Collection;
one series measure 16' and seems to be mostly beautiful 'lady' dolls.
The second series measures 21" and seems to be younger children/babies.
Your doll fits in the second series at 21".
All brands of dolls are considered low value right now and very few (other than antique or true limited edition dolls) are selling for more than $25-$45 and the majority are selling for under $20.
Also, dolls are very slow selling items; some sellers have dolls listed for sale for years and they may never sell.
Checking this collection on eBay's sold listings I only see 2 dolls that have sold in the past several months and both were under $30. here is one doll that sold for $30; looks like a lovely doll, new in the box:
www.ebay.com/
Comparing this doll is okay because it appears no doll from this collection is in anyway a 'special' doll so prices should be comparable.
How does your doll compare?
If this doll is only valued at $30 then it would seem that your doll (in her present condition) would probably be valued at less then $10.
It appears your doll may not have original clothing as she appears to have on parts of 2 different outfits. I'm not sure if she originally had shoes.
Your doll looks like she would be a great find for some young lady if presented for sale at a local yard sale.
Can I have the value of a Royal Cathay doll, Jason #216 with certificate. Great condition.
