Recipe: Easy Salmon Fettuccine

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients:

• 1 5 oz can Pink Salmon Steaks (in tuna fish aisle)
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/4 cup parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
• 3/4 cup broth (I used beef)
• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/3 lb fettuccine noodles

 

Steps:

1. Start boiling water for your fettuccine. Add the noodles once it's boiling.

 
2. Mince your 3 cloves while you heat 1/3 cup of olive oil in a pan.

 

 
3. Add minced garlic to the pan, and cook lightly about one minute. Don't brown.

4. Add the salmon to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper.

 
5. Mince 1/4 cup parsley and add it to the pan. Stir to warm up mixture for 3 minutes.

 
6. Add the broth to heat.

 
7. Drain the fettuccine and serve the salmon poured on top of the noodles. We ate it all right up and it was really a good lunch!
