Baked FlounderFish is delicious and good for you. This simple flounder recipe is sure to be enjoyed by your whole family.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Arrange fillets in a ceramic or glass baking dish just large enough to hold fillets in one layer.

Combine garlic and next 4 ingredients to make vinaigrette; whisk in oil and pour over fillets.

Bake on middle rack for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when pierced with a fork.

Wash flounder, then salt, pepper and brush with butter. Place in well greased flat pan. Saute' onion in butter. Add to remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill flounder pocket.
