It's so easy to make just about any kind of salad dressing, and fast. Made without any preservatives, and just tastes better when you make them yourself.
You can never scrape out every last bit from the bottom of a jar of honey. So my solution is to use the jar to mix some homemade salad dressing.
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate.
Combine all in a bowl and refrigerate.
Mix in order given. Slowly pour in salad oil. Beat with electric beater until stiff, about 6-10 minutes. Good on fruit salads.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, fruit, celery, almonds and onions. Mix dressing in a small bowl. Pour about 1/2 cup (just enough to moisten) over chicken mixture; toss to coat.
