I have an organic garden where we grow a lot of fruit and vegetables. We have a lot of banana trees that produce year-round. At times we have so much that we end up selling them to the local markets or giving them away to our family.
These protein cookies are nut-free, gluten free, egg-free, dairy-free and do not have any artificial sweeteners. They are really tasty to have at breakfast with coffee or tea.
Cream shortening, brown sugar and eggs together. Mix in bananas. In second bowl mix together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
