Sift into large bowl the flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Mix into flour mixture the apples and nuts; set aside.
Mix apples and sugar. Let stand until juicy. Add remaining ingredients. place in 9x9 inch pan and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Mix well, and pour half of batter into a greased and floured bundt cake pan.
