A treat to dip strawberries or banana chunks once in a while.
In heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and water. Cook and stir constantly until thick. Add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or as a fruit dipping sauce.
Great for dipping strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.

This is a wonderful chocolate sauce! Love it warm over ice cream!
Combine evaporated milk, sugar and chocolate in saucepan over low heat. Cook 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Whisk above together, and put through little sieve if necessary to make sure cocoa powder has no lumps. Add 3-4 tablespoons milk (skim, whole, evaporated, any will do).
Mix sweetened condensed milk and chocolate together over low heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Mix together dry ingredients in a 2 cup glass measure. Stir in water. Cook on full power 1 1/2 minutes. Stir halfway through the cooking time...
