Fill an inexpensive spray bottle (dollar store purchase) with lemon juice and keep it in the refrigerator. Use it to spritz onto cut produce to keep fresh and crisp. Also great for spritzing as a finishing touch on cooked vegetables, chicken, and salads.

Rice will be fluffier and whiter if you add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to each quart of water.
Has anyone tried putting a tsp. of lemon juice into rice to keep it fluffy? I read somewhere this works really well.
A few drops of lemon juice in the water will whiten boiled potatoes.
While cooking rice, add two drops of lemon juice. The rice will remain fluffy and not stick together.
The addition of a little lemon juice will improve the flavor of almost any fruit drink. It will also snap up the taste of banana, mince, apple, blackberry, pineapple, raspberry, and other pie fillings.
Lemon juice, rubbed on your fish before cooking, will enhance the flavor and help maintain a good color. Try this, it really works.
