Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in medium bowl. Put eggs and brown sugar in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer at high speed 1 minute. Add honey, coffee, oil, and vanilla extract and beat at low speed 1 minute. Stir in flour mixture and walnuts.
Pour batter into loaf pans and set on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Rotate pans. Continue baking until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean, 10 to 15 minutes longer. Cool on rack 5 minutes. Run knife around edges and remove loaves. Cool completely.

I have been searching for 100% whole wheat sourdough bread recipes but haven't found any. Does any one have one - preferably for a bread machine?

I've begun tweaking my recipes to accomodate a husband who has decided he only wants 100% whole wheat bread and find I can use the ww alone if I add vital gluten and dough enhancer to the mix. I haven't done sourdough yet (because I don't like it and I should get SOMETHING my way!) but feel sure you could do it the same way. I would just use a regular sourdough recipe and add those 2 things.
