Pecan Dessert Sticky BunIt is something my grandchildren and I threw together because we were getting an awful lot of grapes and you can only make so much jelly. This is very delicious. Hope all of you enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup regular splenda
  • 4 cups green grapes
  • 4 cups red grapes
  • 8 oz sour cream fat free
  • 8 oz cream cheese 1/3 % fat free
  • 1 cup pecan
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar Splenda

Directions:

Cut grapes in halves, mix sour cream, cream cheese and regular Splenda together, and then fold into grapes.

For topping: Crush pecan, then mix with brown sugar Splenda. Sprinkle on top.

Note: You can replace Splenda with sugar if you would like. Information below is based on using Splenda in recipe.

Make topping. Lightly mix all ingredients, then spoon into buttered 2 pt pudding basin. Make pudding. Measure flour into bowl; add butter and rub in until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Beat egg whites stiff and fold in cream of tartar, baking powder, sugar and vanilla. Fold in soda crackers and pecans. Put in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Cream butter (must use butter). Add sugar to butter, cream until smooth. Add strawberries and pecans and mix well. Fold in egg whites that have been beaten.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease and flour bottom of 10 inch springform pan fitted with flat bottom; set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions; pour into prepared pan.
