Where can I find a replacement battery holder for Swiffer Wet Jet, purple?
Unfortunately plastic convenience products often are designed to be replaced, not fixed :-(. That said, if you call Swiffer customer service they might send you a whole new unit to preserve loyalty: 1-800-214-8734. Good luck!
Has anyone tried the new Swiffer Wetjet Pads? I don't like them. They no longer have those flaps that hold the small pieces of dirt that missed when you were sweeping. If you use the pad once and put the mop down for a while, that dirt is deposited back on the next floor you clean. Does anyone know where I can find the old style pads?
If you find the old pads can you post it here? The new ones STINK! I emailed Swiffer tonight and told them so.
I went to their website when I complained and they sent me a coupon for any Swiffer product free. I it was worth $6. I bought some of their dusters because I would not buy the new pads if they were free.
Maybe if they get enough feedback they will bring back the old ones.
Don't they have "real" people test these items. A few homemakers could have told them they were lousy within a day.

My Swiffer WetJet pad holders are gone. What can I replace them with?

Any suggestions to repair it well? Anyone else have this issue? Duct tape and Popsicle sticks don't fix everything. This seems a common problem when switching from a mop, to push into handle to work on a stubborn spot.

I know the Swiffers are cheap to buy, but if they break where do you get parts for them? The one I have broke the first time it was used.
If it broke the first time I used it, I would take it back to the store and exchange it for a new one.
The plastic piece that holds the batteries is broken. Where can I get a replacement part?
The head on our Swiffer broke off. I cannot find a place to ask Swiffer about this, too busy with sales pitches. The only number on it is
53653148010000, now the last three (3) numbers are a guess, I could not read it clearly.
The head is the part that goes on the floor with the cleaning pad.
We use an old wash cloth on the tile floor, which does a great job. I am guessing that the prime user uses a good bit of pressure. The head is attached by expressing the clips on the metal part that plug into that plastic part on the head. Any help. Sort of please.Where can I find a replacement hard rubber pad for my Swiffer mop? Can I use something else? Mine is falling a part.
I want the one that is foam-backed (to stick to the Swiffer) with a fabric face that looks like toweling. Anyone know where to find same? (The cleaning lady accidentally threw mine out.)
Where can I buy the battery part separately? Mine broke and I need another one. It won't stay on the back of the unit.
Where can I buy a replacement mop head for the Swiffer Wet-Jet mop? The original head is disintegrating, but the rest of the mop is fine.
I believe there may be several models so you may need your model number.
This may not be an easy task as it looks like Swifter does not sell replacement parts but things change so you might try emailing (or chat online) just in case they have added parts to their site:
You can find online sites that indicate they sell parts but I could only find one that actually sells items for Swifter. I believe the parts are 'generic' but these may be all you can buy.

It's possible that Sears parts can order parts so you might give them a call:
