Cook macaroni according to directions on box.
While the macaroni is cooking, cube 1 3/4 lb. Velveeta. Mix the can of evaporated milk with water (3/4 of the can).
Drain the macaroni when its tender, add the cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted. Add the milk, water. I also add the minced onions, seasoned salt and pepper.
So easy and so creamy. We love it. Hope you enjoy.

This is super easy to make and real comfort food. Sure to please your kids and hubby too.
This is a recipe that I have been using forever! I ate this every day while I was pregnant with my daughter, and both my children LOVE it.
Oh my! Very good if you're into creamy and decadent. For the Italian seasonings it can be a blend of any of these: basil, oregano, rosemary, and ground red pepper.
No need to precook the pasta. Everything is mixed together and popped into the oven.
Simply had to spice up this traditionally boring recipe a little bit and I also love it baked with the bread crumb topping rather than serving directly out of the saucepan.
This is one of my family's favorites. It's also a great dish to take to someone in need or to a potluck dinner.
I hadn't made my baked macaroni and cheese in several years. I think having four children in five years. Growing up with them and feeding them, made me very tired of all those good old comfort foods.
This always goes over good at church potlucks or family get-togethers!
Place the cooked macaroni in crockpot that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add the remaining ingredients, all except 1 cup of the cheese, mix well...
These are the ingredients that were given to me when I first got the recipe many years ago. I'm one of those cooks that just toss things in the pot, but this is a general guide-line of what is actually supposed to be used.
Turn a regular box macaroni into a feast! Cook one or two boxes of Kraft macaroni or store brand macaroni and cheese. Add one to two cans of water packed tuna, drained, and 1/2 to one cup of frozen mixed veggies (thawed of course).
Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt margarine in saucepan.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Make white sauce in a medium pan, melt margarine; add flour and salt, and stir until smooth and thick. Then add the milk. Cook over low heat until sauce thickens.
Prepare pasta as package directs; drain. Meanwhile, with sharp knife, cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes . . .
Thaw the frozen peas. In a large saucepan stir together white sauce mix and milk. Cook until thickened. Stir in cheeses and pepper.
