A very kid friendly way to serve apples, use up older bananas, and have a healthy snack! It doesn't get easier than this, and is healthier than caramel!
Whirl the first three ingredients in a a processor or whip it up with a hand held blender till smooth and creamy. Make any adjustments you'd like, such as, more banana, more honey. What you want is a dip consistency. Maybe you don't have any honey? Try maple syrup! Dip your apples and snack away. Great for school lunches, after school snack, or even for dessert. Liven it up with sprinkles or raisins.

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, mustard, paprika, celery seed and salt. Add honey, vinegar, lemon juice and onion. Pour oil into mixture very slowly, beating constantly.
Mix the two together well, and chill until thickened. Dab it on fruit salad or dip your fruit into it.
