Taste great and smells even better!

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Steps:

  1. Combine all the ingredients, put in blender. blend on high speed for 30 seconds
  2. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.
  3. If kept cold it lasts about about 2 months. Shake before using!

Combine sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute and immediately reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour or until thickened. Remove from heat and cool.
