Fruity Pebbles Easter EggsThese egg shaped Fruity Pebbles treats are perfect for an Easter party or to tuck into an Easter basket.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • plastic easter eggs
  • non-stick spray

Steps:

  1. Stovetop version: In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add Fruity Pebbles cereal, stir until well coated.

    Microwave version: In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add Fruity Pebbles cereal, stir until well coated.

  3. Spray the inside of the plastic eggs with non-stick spray. Put some cereal treats into each side of the egg and gently close it to adhere the two parts together.

  5. You can either remove the treats from the eggs and put them in a plastic treat bag or leave them inside until you are ready to eat them.
