finished Garlic BreadThis is a fantastic garlic bread. It's got a super fluffy moist center with crispy, crunchy edges. You might want to make extra because this stuff goes quick!

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 French bread loaf
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together the butter, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, sage salt and pepper.

  3. Cut loaf in half then again lengthwise. Cut into segments but not all the way through. Spread butter mixture evenly on bread. Place bread in oven for 13 minutes, then broil for the last 2 minutes until golden.
