Use Brillo pads to get rid of scuff marks on linoleum floor. Always works for me. Make sure you are gentle with it. You don't want to scratch your floor.
To clean scuff marks off any floor surface, I use a green Teflon pad soaked in multi-surface cleaner. Instead of scrubbing on my hands and knees, I use my foot. This works great on tile, vinyl and laminate. Fast and easy!
I've tried everything to get commercial flooring clean of scuff marks from heavy postal carts being rolled across the floors in the post office where I work.
