Rolled CookiesWhen making cut out cookies, such as sugar cookies, take a portion of the dough and roll it between two pieces of waxed paper. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour and then peel off the top piece of waxed paper and cut out. Save scraps and repeat. This worked so well for me when making cut out cookies for Valentine's Day.

This is a quick and easy way to make thin, crispy, sugar cookies. Instead of rolling them out and cutting them, I use a fork dipped in powdered sugar. I pat them down on a warm cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Butter Pam.
