Grate or shred carrots and mix with cubed celery and pineapple. Add nuts. Toss together with mayonnaise.
Blend carrots and raisins in mixing bowl. In separate bowl mix other ingredients, then mix with carrots and raisins. Chill.
Combine ingredients; add 2 lb. sliced cooked carrots. You can use frozen or canned carrots, if you prefer.
