This is an absolutely delicious recipe. Looks elegant and it's surprisingly easy.
On cutting board, pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick and set aside. In small bowl mix cottage cheese and the rest of the seasoning.
Spoon cheese mixture onto chicken and roll up jelly-roll fashion. In bottom of 10x6 inch pan, spoon 1/2 of the tomato mixture, then put chicken on top seam-side down. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.

This is a very tasty, simply-made Italian meal. I love that it's made in the microwave!
In a bowl, combine the uncooked beef, beans, chili powder and oregano. Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells; arrange in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Brown sausage; drain. Remove 1/2 of sausage and set aside. Stir tomato paste, sauce, water and brown sugar in sausage; simmer 15 minutes.
Cook manicotti shells in 4 qts. salted boiling water about 10 minutes, until almost tender; drain and rinse in cold water. Cook zucchini in butter in large skillet about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Stuff uncooked manicotti shells with cheese mixture.
This recipe is really delicious and the nice thing if you are having company. (6-8 servings)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions.
