Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan (don't use non-stick, you'll have to cut them into bars and could scratch your pan). In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Make a well in the center. Pour in the oil, honey, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Pat the mixture evenly into the pan. Bake 30-35 minutes until bars begin to turn golden. Cut into bars while still warm (if you let them cool, they will be too hard to cut).
