Jello Fruit SaladThis is basically a "dump" type salad in that all the ingredients are eventually mixed together.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients together well and chill. Cook rice until tender and cool. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add rice and crushed pineapple with juice. Drain fruit cocktail and add to rice/pineapple mixture. The first 3 combined ingredients can be mixed in last with the fresh fruit. Pour into bowl and let jell. The salad is topped with the whipped cream after it has started to jell
