I wasn't sure when would be a good time to trim my rose buses, but went ahead and trimmed them anyway this spring. After checking on the internet, I discovered it was actually the best time to do so.

In this first picture the rose bud caught my eye as I was heading out to the side garden. After I downloaded it, I went to re-size the picture, and to my surprise saw these two aphids, single file, heading down the red strip like it was a road.
