You can make your own fresh and refreshing smoothie with just 4 ingredients and a blender. You will need oranges, mango, passionfruit and ice! This will cost less than purchasing a smoothie at the store and will be healthier.

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

Total Time: 5-10 minutes

Yield: 2 glasses

Ingredients:

• 2 oranges
• 1 large mango
• 1 passionfruit
• 10 ice cubes

 

Steps:

1. Juice 2 oranges.

 
2. Slice mango and cut open passion fruit.

 
3. Add mango (not the core), orange juice and ice into blender. Scoop passion fruit into blender.

 

 
4. I have the smoothie feature, or blend until combined to your preferred consistency.

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Poor into glasses and enjoy. I used skim milk and Splenda and still tasted great.
