I can hardly wait to try this. For Christmas I put homemade spiced tea mix and homemade hot chocolate mix in decorative jars (small canning jars or special holiday jars), add directions, and give them as gifts. They are great for teachers, co-workers, drop-by guests, etc. This Christmas you can bet I will give Cappuccino Mix!

What a great idea! I am diabetic and cannot find sugar-free flavored coffee. Thanks a lot.
I'm also a diabetic, and I love this recipe. But would it be bad if I cut down the plain powder coffee creamer?
I think it would be fine to use powdered milk instead. It won't be as sweet but that is probably better. It has the sugar and hot chocolate already.

Makes a great gift. I drink this when I am craving something sweet!
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight container. To serve, place 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mix in a cup.
