Ingredients
2 package lemon gelatin
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup tomato soup-right out of the can
1 package cream cheese (8oz.)
1 1/2 cup celery

1 green pepper
1 medium cucumber
1 small onion
1 cup light mayonnaise
Directions
Stir boiling water and gelatin until dissolved. Cool and add tomato soup. Melt cheese in microwave just until runny, about 30 seconds. Add to gelatin mixture. Finely chop celery, pepper and cucumber. Grate the onion. Add veggies and mayonnaise to gelatin. Can put in large bowl or 9x13 inch dish. Chill several hours or overnight.
Soften Knox gelatin in cold broth. Heat until warm. Add lemon juice. Add 1 cup salad dressing. Add spinach, eggs, pepper, onion, and bacon bits. Put in mold and refrigerate.

Combine gelatin and hot water. Set aside to cool and partially set. Then stir in the other ingredients and let set. Doubled recipe fills 9x13 inch pan.
