De-seed and finely dice Jalapenos. Set aside. Cook rice and set aside. On medium heat, melt cream cheese and milk in a sauce pan. Add drained corn, rice, and jalapenos. Mix well and pour in casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Sweet rice. In a large skillet melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Cook rice while stirring for 4-5 minutes. Add pineapple juice, salt, and water to the skillet and bring to a boil; reduce heat to a low-heat simmer cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
Brown the beef and pork together, add the remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour, covered at 350 degrees F, then 1/2 hour, uncovered.
