Serving tray with pasta bowl of bean dip, chips, sour cream, and a side of salsa.I love deep frying or baking my own tortilla chips made from corn tortilla's rather than store bought pre-made chips ;-)

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place cheese and salsa in a saucepan over medium low heat. Stir constantly until cheese is melted, transfer to a bowl and serve. Or you can place in a microwave safe bowl on high in one minute increments, stirring after each minute, until cheese is melted and serve.

Mix in bowl and microwave for 5 minutes. Stir. Put in crock pot on warm. Enjoy!

I also experimented with a few artichoke hearts in the dip and it was DELICIOUS!

This is a great dip for chips. Most everyone loves it! Great for teen parties. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet and drain. Mix with remaining ingredients except cheeses in bowl.

We like to sit down every once in a while and just eat chips and salsa for a meal. It's an easy and simple indulgence. I created this as an addition that has just a bit more "food" in it.
