Truly easy and quick. Mix stuffing, water, egg and catsup. Add the two meats, don't over mix.
Mix all ingredients (except 1/4 cup BBQ sauce for top of meatloaf), shape into 2 loaves.
Stir all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours.
