1 tsp. vanilla, 1 egg, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup fruit cocktail. Pour into well greased pan and cover with 1/2 cup, packed brown sugar.
Beat eggs until light; beat in sugar. Add some oil to egg mixture; then alternate with dry ingredients.
>Such a very moist and delicious cake, served warm or cold. Always room for another slice. By far, one of my favorites!
