Recipe: Pumpkin Bars and Cream Cheese Frosting

It's a crowd pleaser. It's and delicious so easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 small can of pumpkin

• 2 cups of flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 3/4 cup of nuts (optional)
• cream cheese frosting
• 3 oz. cream cheese
• 3/4 stick of butter
• 3 cups of confectionary sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 Tbsp. of milk

Directions:

Mix all together by hand or with a mixer. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting. Canned frosting works great.
