When you put on fake nails, you have to take them off. Try using whatever solvent you use to remove them. It should remove the glue from the table.

DO NOT USE ACETONE OR NAIL POLISH REMOVER ON A WOOD TABLE. IT COMPLETELY REMOVES THE FINISH AND MAKES IT LOOK TERRIBLE.

to remove a water ring from a table, apply mayonnaise to it, let stand about 10 minutes, then wipe off. it works.

i learned this trick when doing catering work.

If it's a water ring try a rag with a little dab of tooth paste

Do not use any solvent i.e. Acetone, alcohol, etc. as they will also remove the unwanted stains or finishing surfaces which protects the wood. The only thing which can be done other than sanding and refinishing the table is to let the super glue completely dry and delicately scrap the glue away from the wood.

Obviously in the future, only use super glue AFTER covering the surface. Sorry, I can imagine the words coming from your mouth right about now.

I understand the risk of applying acetone (nail polish remover) to your finished wood furniture but I did use it on a desktop that had been beautifully finished by Amish craftsmen and it removed only the super glue without harming the underlying varnished (?) surface. So it might work for you without the nightmare of refinishing the furniture. Try it in an inconspicuous spot.
