What can I use instead of half and half - fullcream milk, 2% milk or skim milk? Or cream? Could I use any kind of bread? - in SA the bread I can think of closest to "frozen bread" is vetkoek dough sold by bakeries and used to bake verkoek in deep oil. As far as I know, the dough can be frozen.
