Thank you so much to the members who have heard our call for more crafts. We have three new posts for you today. In addition to the pillow project, check out the cute hand puppet, and the tip for the lovely crochet bodice dresses.
A personal note on the time needed to complete the yo-yo pillow. While it may take several hours to sew enough yo-yos for this project, keep in mind that they are a portable craft, and can be busy work while waiting for an appointment, watching TV, etc.
I have included an old Christmas tip for making a tabletop Christmas tree from a magazine and tea bag envelopes. The original crafter offered some links at the time, but if someone makes this craft please consider entering it in the craft contest. Including steps and accompanying photos increases the cash reward amount and may improve your chances of winning our craft contest.
Enjoy!

Little Crocheted Things (Crochet Bodice Dresses)
By sandragouws52
I'm doing needlework combined with my crochet for an income while I'm job hunting. I call it "little things" because it's a variety of things I create.

Let's include this project in your Halloween party plans. Make hand puppets to enjoy during your family gathering as you celebrate Spooky night. These are not really that scary, but are fun to play with kids around.
Nightmare Before Christmas Yarn Wreath
By lalala...
I love the Nightmare Before Christmas, but can't seem to find many themed decorations that I like. So I decided to make this wreath for Halloween...it came out better than I expected!
Halloween: Little Scarecrow Costume
This is "Our Little Scarecrow" Tyler. His costume is homemade by me, his mommy. I took an old pair of overalls, some scrap material and a little creativity. My secret weapon was using an old hula skirt as his straw hair, stuffing, etc.
