Here is an adult coloring page that would be a great project to color and decoupage to the bottom of a tea tray. You can add a vintage feel to the wall and the wooden shutter, which will make it even more suitable for a tea tray. The colored page can also be framed and used to adorn a wall in a vintage style bedroom.
