Organizing Socks for the Family

Instead of using those plastic over-the-door shoe organizers for shoes, I use mine to organize our socks! After taking the socks out of the dryer, I just roll them up and place a pair in each pocket of the shoe organizer (I do this with pantyhose and knee-highs too).
Preventing Caulk from Drying Out

Put a nail into the cut edge. This will keep air from coming in and drying the product out.
I use a small plastic 3-tier shelf lined with plastic dishpans to separate clean laundry. Each dishpan is labeled with each person's name and one labeled "upstairs." 2 of my kids are old enough to put up their laundry.
