My friends and I are absolutely addicted to Mexican fruit salad. This is full of mangos, pineapples, apples, and coconuts, topped with a zesty, chili lime drizzle. We originally got them at fruit stands, but the prices have absolutely skyrocketed. Now we make our own, with a lot of things we like. I love to eat this fruit salad year round!

If you really want to bring out the flavour of bananas in your homemade banana pancakes, my suggestion is using very few ingredients. These pancakes just use one banana, one egg, two tablespoons of quick oats, and a bit of baking powder (if you like them fluffy like I do). These pancakes are super moist and velvety. I hope you try these out!

I tried once or twice, years ago, to get into using those bristled vegetable brushes to scrub my potatoes and other veggies. It just didn't work for me. The bristles always wore down entirely too quickly.
