Mexican Fruit Salad

By attosa

Mexican Fruit Salad in bowlMy friends and I are absolutely addicted to Mexican fruit salad. This is full of mangos, pineapples, apples, and coconuts, topped with a zesty, chili lime drizzle. We originally got them at fruit stands, but the prices have absolutely skyrocketed. Now we make our own, with a lot of things we like. I love to eat this fruit salad year round!

Pumpkin Cranberry Scones

By 15mhhm15

Pumpkin Cranberry Scones on plateYou cannot go wrong with pumpkin scones, especially since Halloween is right around the corner. Pair this pumpkin scone with some butter when fresh and warm out of the oven.

Easy Banana Pancakes

By attosa

stack of Banana Pancakes on plateIf you really want to bring out the flavour of bananas in your homemade banana pancakes, my suggestion is using very few ingredients. These pancakes just use one banana, one egg, two tablespoons of quick oats, and a bit of baking powder (if you like them fluffy like I do). These pancakes are super moist and velvety. I hope you try these out!
